Our Features

Decentralized Storage & Sharing Optimized for Large Data:

One of the primary challenges in the NEAR ecosystem is the storage constraint, which imposes a limit of 4MB on the amount of data that can be uploaded at once. To overcome this limitation, Wedata employs an optimized solution by leveraging the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) for its data storage infrastructure.

IPFS is a protocol and peer-to-peer network designed for distributed storage and sharing of data across multiple computing devices. It utilizes content-addressing, assigning a unique identifier to each file within a global namespace. By leveraging IPFS, Wedata enables decentralized storage and sharing of large data sets beyond the 4MB limit imposed by NEAR.

Data marketplace

The Data Marketplace on Wedata is a vibrant and dynamic platform that empowers data providers and consumers to engage in secure and efficient transactions. It serves as a hub for the exchange of valuable datasets.

  • Data Discovery: Data providers can easily list their datasets on the marketplace, providing comprehensive descriptions, metadata, and pricing information. This enables potential consumers to discover and evaluate the available datasets based on their specific requirements.

  • Review System( future): The marketplace implements a review system, enabling users to rate and provide feedback on data providers and their datasets. This fosters a community-driven environment where reliable and high-quality data providers are recognized and rewarded.

  • Collaboration: Wedata facilitates community engagement and collaboration through forums, discussion boards, and networking opportunities. This enables data providers and consumers to connect, share insights, and explore potential partnerships.

At Wedata, we prioritize the security and confidentiality of data. To ensure that no unauthorized parties can access the data stored on our platform, we have implemented robust encryption measures.

The encryption and decryption processes occur entirely on the user's local system, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the decrypted data. This approach guarantees that even Wedata itself cannot access or view the contents of the encrypted data.

To achieve this level of security, we utilize a combination of cryptographic techniques. We leverage the NEAR Ed25519 signing key pair and transform it into a Curve25519 key pair suitable for Diffie-Hellman key exchange. This allows for secure communication and key generation, ensuring that only authorized parties can decrypt the data using the appropriate private keys.

The Oracle Fact Checker System — The AI-Blockchain Interface ( Future)

At its core, the Oracle Fact Checker System is a testament to the symbiotic relationship between AI and blockchain. Imagine a network of blockchain validators meticulously curating an extensive repository of verified facts. These validated facts form a robust bedrock upon which AI models can build and cross-verify their hypotheses and statements.
